PAYMENT

I accept payment only through PAYPAL. After the services agreed to are determined, I will send you an invoice for them and once I have received payment I will begin work. You must pay in full 3-5 business days after the invoice is sent to reserve your slot.

HOST

I only install and alter blogger.com blogs at this point. I am constantly learning and attempting to learn how to alter wordpress blogs and I will let you know when I can do that.

FONTS

I will only use custom fonts in the side bar and headers, I do not install fonts for your text body.

REFUNDS

I do not issue refunds once the work has begun.

DESIGN CREDIT

In agreeing to my designs being on your blog, I will install a logo on the bottom of your blog. By purchasing customization, you are agreeing to keeping this on your blog as long as your design is active.

ESTIMATED WAIT TIME

Your estimated completion date will vary per order. It will depend on the quickness of your response and my available time. I will let you know a progress update, if I fall behind. On average once your approval of the proof is done, you can expect your website to be complete within two weeks. This is all subject to your response time, my availability, and revisions. Please be aware that I will respond to every email within 48 hours of a response, and if I don't feel free to contact me again.

WEEKENDS

I take Saturday and Sunday off to be with my cutie husby. I hope you spend some down time to, so if you contact me on a weekend, I will respond to you early in the week!

PROOFS

I create designs based on your inspiration your aesthetic and goals. Please make sure you come prepared with an idea of what you want your blog to look like so I can make it the best fit for you! After I have toyed with that I will send you a proof and revisions can start.

REVISIONS

I will provide 3 revisions through the proofing phase. These aren't to be excessive, seeing how you came with a good handle on what you want right? If they do become overkill, we will have to agree on a hourly rate.

BLOG INSTALLATION

Once we have reached our goal, yay!, we need to install these fun guys. We can do one of the following..

a. set up a 2 hour window in which I will go on to your blog and install all your elements
b. we can install elements one at a time within a designated time frame.
* Either way we do it, your blog will be live at the time of installation and there will be no way of pulling it down during the installation.

GRANNIES

I will do my best, pinky swear, to stick to a schedule and help you get what you want out of your blog design in the quickest time. However, if communication lacks on your end I will place a more responsive client in front of you. If you have something come up and we need to pause, please have the courtesy of letting me know when we can pick back up!
